Overview
This website is operated by Vantoro. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vantoro. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Pricing & Currency
Prices are set in New Israeli Shekel (ILS). Visitors from other countries may see prices converted to their local currency. Vantoro is a VAT-exempt business (עוסק פטור), so no VAT is added to your order. For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Fulfillment & Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers and fulfillment partners. As a result, delivery times may vary and can range up to 25 business days, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights or our responsibility to you as the seller of record.

Right of Cancellation (Israeli Law)
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to cancel a distance-sale transaction within 14 days of receiving the product. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted from your refund, unless the cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, or our failure to deliver as agreed, in which case you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. This right is in addition to, and does not replace, our Refund Policy.

International Customers
If you are purchasing from outside Israel, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Intellectual Property
The Vantoro name, logo, and original content created by Vantoro on this site may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
