This website is operated by PawTrail. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PawTrail. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekel (ILS). Prices do not include VAT (18%) for orders within Israel; VAT is calculated and added at checkout before payment, unless stated otherwise.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
Some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers and fulfillment partners. As a result, delivery times may vary and can range up to 25 business days, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights or our responsibility to you as the seller of record.
Right of Cancellation (Israeli Law)
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to cancel a distance-sale transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, and receive a full refund. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply, unless the cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, or our failure to deliver as agreed, in which case no cancellation fee applies. This right is in addition to, and does not replace, our Refund Policy.

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of PawTrail and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
